Nordstrom offers Free standard shipping all the time. They'll ship almost anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—for free. Estimated delivery date will be noted on the product's page and at Checkout.

What is Nordstrom Return Policy?
You can return items by mail or at any Nordstrom store. They now accept returns of Nordstrom, Nordstrom.com and Nordstrom.ca merchandise at Nordstrom Rack locations. Boutique returns must be processed at the store where they were originally purchased.
Return by mail: If you have an account or an order number, you can start your return now. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, you can start your return here. Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return is usually processed within 10–14 business days.
Return in Nordstrom stores: Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return to a Nordstrom store along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return. Find a store. They now accept returns of Nordstrom, Nordstrom.com and Nordstrom.ca merchandise at Nordstrom Rack locations. Boutique returns must be processed at the store where they were originally purchased.
How can I track my order?
They will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
If you have a Nordstrom.com profile, sign in to your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
If you don't have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it.
How do I use a promotion code?
Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Does Nordstrom offer a customer loyalty program?
