What is their return policy?

Merchandise sold may be returned to OfficeWorld.com for replacement or refund within thirty days of the invoice date. After thirty days, any returns (if possible) must be made directly to the manufacturer or publisher. Non-defective items returned for a refund will be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. After delivery, special order items may only be returned for replacement if they are defective and will not be refunded. Special order items are subject to a twenty-five percent cancellation penalty prior to delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed within minutes of submission (during business hours). Therefore, they cannot guarantee that an order can or will be cancelled. They recommend that you reject shipments of any orders you no longer need. Failure to do so may result in you having to return the item at your own expense.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 4 p.m. (your local time) on weekdays Monday through Friday are generally shipped the same day via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost service. They update shipping details every night. OfficeWorld.com representatives do not have more up-to-date information than is available to you online. The actual shipping cost will be shown to you online. What conditions must be met for returned products?

All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling. Defective items must be replaced with the same product. In order to receive a refund, items must be returned shipping prepaid and clearly marked with a return authorization number issued by OfficeWorld.com. All items must be in "as new" resale condition, in original packaging, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories attached.
