What type of transportation do they offer?
They offer free standard ground shipping for purchases over $75 via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other nationally recognized carriers. Otherwise a direct fee of $8 will be charged for less than $75. For two-day shipping within Texas, a fee of $18 will be charged. For any state other than Texas, a $25 fee will be charged. The above all imply actual "shipping" time, not processing time; in some cases, it may take up to 3 days.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order is placed before 2pm on that business day, your order will be processed for shipment by them. If it's after 2pm on a weekday, then it will happen first on the next weekday. Orders will be guaranteed to ship no later than 3 consecutive business days. Currently They only operate in the US, but will soon be shipping internationally.
What is their return policy?
