What is their return policy?

• You have the right to cancel the registration within three (3) days from the date of purchase. You must contact OSHA to cancel the application. By phone or email. The application must be submitted before midnight on the third calendar day from the date of purchase.

• They will not be refunded under any of the following circumstances: issuing certificates, reporting credits, completing courses. In addition, if you try any part of the test / exam, or if you complete more than 50% of the purchased course, they will not be refundable.

• If the student makes a request within three days after receiving the bag, the student who wishes to receive a refund of the bag will receive a refund.

• If the course includes physical materials, students can choose to return or retain the books. The physical materials must be returned to the school at the expense of the students. Please attach the material description for contacting OSHA. They will handle the refund. Account books must be returned under new conditions, otherwise reimbursement will not be processed. Upon receipt of the physical materials, the refund will be processed, minus a non refundable fee of $25.00. All freight is non refundable. Students who choose to retain physical materials will be charged a non refundable fee of $25.00 less the material price.

• Transfer from online or correspondence to home learning / classroom or e-book refund: if the school provides online and correspondence / home learning / classroom courses at the same time, a fee of US $35.00 will be charged to the students for changing teaching methods or obtaining e-book refund.

• Depending on the industry, courses can be offered for up to one year. If you fail to complete the course within the specified time, you will not be refunded or re enrolled in the course.
