How soon can I receive my goods?
Orders are processed the day after registration. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. For international orders, delivery times vary by country, ranging from 4 to 12 days. Shipping to the Colissimo pickup point of your choice (retailer, post office or cytissimo space) for €4.50 within 2 to 5 working days of receiving your order. A text message and an email will inform you of the availability of your order at the relay point.
What packaging do they offer?
Loose teas are sold in 100g bags and 500g bags (for some teas only). 5% quantitative discount on the purchase of 500g sachets and 10% quantitative discount on the purchase of batches of 2 x 500g (unit price takes these discounts into account). Some teas are also available in cans and muslin bags.
How to enjoy free shipping?

How do returns and refunds work?
