What is their return policy?
They stand by the quality of their products at Harmony and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will refund your credit/debit card, or if returned within 20 business days, they will issue you a replacement product. Please note that they can only accept returns for purchases made through PalmettoHarmony.com and cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers. They will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed. In this email, they will include a FedEx return label that you can print out and affix to the packaging of your delivery. Once they receive the product, they will refund the card used to place the order.
How fast is the shipping?
Orders are usually shipped the next business day, but may take up to 3 business days. All packages are shipped from the East Coast. Their goal is to fulfill every request quickly and cost-effectively. Expected shipping times will vary, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order, although your shipping time may be faster than this.
How can I check the status of my order?
They offer multiple shipping methods via USPS and FEDEX. You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon receipt of your order, and another upon shipment. A tracking number is provided in your confirmation email. Tracking numbers will be provided the day your order ships. Their cut-off for same-day shipments is 11AM EST. Can I request a replacement within a few days?
If you have purchased a vape device from them (currently discontinued) and have a problem, please call within 30 days and they will replace it.
