How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• Items from their Bath & Body, Home Fragrance, departments normally ship out by the end of the next business day. Items from their Bedding and Home Decor selections normally ship out within 3 to 12 days depending on the type and brand of the item ordered. 

• For the lower 48 states, delivery is normally 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipment depending on the address. (Orders to AK and HI ship US parcel post and can take several weeks. 

Can I return the product that I'm not satisfied with?

• Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price of the items. 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will not be given for items that are used, laundered or damaged by the customer in any way. 

• Items must be in a resaleable condition & in original product packaging. Please include your name and order number so that the return can be matched with the original order. 

How to track my order?

• When your order ships you will be sent a notification email. If the order ships via UPS, the UPS system will email you a tracking number. 

• They ship smaller orders via the US postal service. (Check your spam folder as shipment notifications sometimes get treated as spam.).

Can I exchange my order for a different one?

• If you need a different item, they prefer that you place a new order for the new item and send your return back for a refund (handled as two separate transactions). 

• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping by the carrier of their choice and shipping charges are not normally refunded. 

• If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered or are defective or damaged, you should contact P.C. Fallon Co. within 48 hours of receiving your order for instructions. 

Do they charge for sales tax?

• Yes. They collect sales tax only in the states where current law requires it. (The laws are constantly changing. 

• If we are required to collect sales tax from your state, it will show after your shipping address is entered.).
