How to cancel the order?

• If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please call them toll free at 1-800-844-1427 as soon as possible.

• If your order has yet to ship, they can cancel it free of charge, no questions asked.

• If your order has shipped before you call to cancel, you will need to request a return and your order will be subject to their return policy.

What's the pet products returns?

• Open or partially used pet food is not accepted for return or refund unless a problem exists with the quality of the product. As PetCareRx does not specifically formulate for consistency of pet food, including odor (smell), color, taste or other factors related to the production of the food items, these factors would not be grounds for return of opened or partially used food products. They cannot accept returns for prescription pet foods.

• PetCareRx will do their best to ensure customer satisfaction, so please contact them if you have any concerns about the product delivered to you.

• PetCareRx will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

What's the tax?

If an item is subject to sales tax in the location to which the order is shipped or in which the item is purchased, tax will generally be calculated on the total selling price, after all discounts, for each individual item in accordance with applicable tax laws.

What good are low prices, a wide selection, and knowledgeable service without quick shipping? 

• Orders of in-stock, non-prescription items placed before 2pm EST will usually ship the same day. Please be advised prescription medications will be shipped upon your veterinarian's approval. You should expect any order shipped via Standard shipping to arrive at your door within 3-7 business days. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

• Standard Shipping is $5.99, UPS 3 Day Select is $19.99, and UPS Next Day Air Saver is $24.99. Orders over 60lbs will be shipped Ground at carrier rates based on weight. Please note that prescription items with expedited shipping will not ship until the prescription is approved.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

No problem, simply click on "Sign In and select the "Forgot password" option, enter the email address associated with your account and they will send you an email with a temporary password.

What payment method does PetCareRx accept?

They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and now PayPal. They also accept personal checks and money orders via mail. Please make all checks and money orders payable to 'PetCareRx Inc.' and send them to PetCareRx, 52 Merton Avenue, Lynbrook NY 11563.

When you spend a dollar on any product at PetCareRx, you get one PetCareRx Point when it ships -NO RESTRICTIONS. Every 100 points gets PetPlus Members $2 off future purchases, $1 for non-members. You can use these points on any product you want, even food. They automatically give you points and ask you if you want to use your points during checkout, so you don't have to think about it.
