Can my device be replaced?

If any PhonePower supplied device fails, the user must contact technical support and work with them to determine if the device needs to be replaced. Only a technical support representative can determine whether a device needs to be replaced. If it is determined that the device has failed due to a manufacturer defect, PhonePower will provide a free replacement at PhonePower's expense. Subscribers must pay $49.95 for equipment damage if it is determined that the equipment failed for any other reason, including, but not limited to, incorrect power supply, customer negligence, and damaged premises wiring. 

What is their return policy?

Subscribers will be invoiced and billed by PhonePower on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated in the pricing table. Subscribers are responsible for paying the monthly subscription fee and service is suspended for non-payment. If the account is terminated for any reason and there is an outstanding balance, PhonePower will continue to electronically charge the credit card for the outstanding balance until all balances are cleared. All disconnected accounts and all accounts suspended for non-payment are subject to a reconnection fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00). Any request to change a phone number will be subject to a fifteen dollar ($15.00) change fee. Subscriber is responsible for any disputed charges after sixty (60) days from the date of charge. Any account that goes into receiving status will be transferred to the receiving agency and will incur a handling fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and all other applicable fees and charges.

Do they support free international calls?

The Premium International Plan includes 1,200 free international calls per month to eligible destinations. Details of eligible destinations can be found using the International Phone Number and Rates Finder located on the PhonePower International page. These rates and eligible destinations are subject to change on the first Tuesday of each month. This tool is the final arbiter of which phone numbers are eligible for free international minutes. Standard billing will begin using the rates listed for each destination after the specified number of qualifying minutes has been dialed each month.
