What is their return policy?

• They want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days after the delivery date to get a full refund * or exchange. Products must be returned in new state and original packaging. The buyer must pay all return freight and register the returned package with the tracking number. You will receive a credit for the cost of the items and any applicable taxes less the actual transportation costs. The freight will not be refunded. This policy does not apply to custom units. For manufacturing problems that cannot be resolved by replacing the bulb or hardware, they will send you a replacement unit with the original personalization. If your original product or color selection is not available, you will receive an upgraded product and a new personalization with the color you selected.

• They offer a one-year limited warranty for their products. You can also extend the warranty period by one year through the extended warranty plan of the purchased products.

• They provide international customers with a limited warranty on phonesoap products. The warranty guarantees that there will be no defects in materials, electronic equipment and workmanship under normal use* The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-compliance with the product instructions.
