• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once they receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

• PhunkeeTree warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty.

• This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions. 

• This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that you may be entitled to. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
