What if I sleep on my back?
While the Pillow Cube was specifically designed for side sleepers, they have heard from some side and back sleepers that they enjoy the pillow too! But all in all, the pillow is intended for side sleepers.
What kind of pillowcase fits on the Pro?
Pillowcases made specifically for the Pillow Cube Pro. You can also use a regular queen or king sized pillowcase.
What are the dimensions of the Classic Pillow Cube?
The Classic Pillow Cube is 12" deep by 12" long by the height you select. The Classic is currently available in 5" and 6" heights.
Can I get free shipping at Pillow Cube?
Pillow Cube provides free shipping for orders of$125 or more. For orders less than $50, the standard shipping rate is $4.99. For orders between $50 and $125, the standard shipping rate is $9.99. The shipping rates are calculated based on the subtotal, after all discounts have been applied. Expedited shipping is $30 per pillow. Please allow one business day for processing, followed by delivery in 2 business days. Due to the high shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska, the shipping rate for those two states is $35.00.
How does Pillow Cube normally ship your orders?
Pillow Cube uses FedEx or DHL SmartMail for most of their orders. With DHL SmartMail, DHL takes care of the majority of the movement and then turns the order over to USPS for final delivery.
Which payment method does Pillow Cube accept?
Pillow Cube currently offers QuadPay and ShopPay options during checkout so you can split your payments.
Can I make an exchange or a return at Pillow Cube?
Pillow Cube want to make it as easy as possible for you if things aren’t working out with your new pillow! If you find that you need a different size, or if your pillow was damaged during shipping, they would be happy to exchange your product. If the pillow just isn't for you, they can help with a refund. When do "My Points Expire"?
As Robert Frost and Ponyboy from the Outsiders once said “Nothing gold can stay.”
All unredeemed points will expire if a loyalty program member has not engaged in point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or more.
In non-legal terms, 12 months, or the age of a toddler. If your points have learned to speak, they have probably expired.
What happens to my points if I return items?
If you return an order that qualifies for point rewards, the points will be removed from your account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance if you do not have enough points in your account due to an order cancellation. They won’t be angry, but they will be disappointed.
