What do I do if my product is defective or I received an incorrect item?
- To replace or exchange an item, Go to Your Orders and select Return or Replace beside the item you want to replace.
- Select a reason from the Reason list for return menu.
- A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. Use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement items.
Why does the weekly planner begin on a Monday, but the month view a Sunday?
The month view calendars are traditional calendars that were placed in the Planner Pad organizer to be use as a reference/guide giving one a bigger picture look of the month ahead. But for the most part, our lives revolve around the Monday -Friday time frame. People have always view Monday as the “start of a new week”.
Why does the Planner not have a lot of room for notes?
Extensive meeting notes are not appropriate for your planner pad organizer. Yes, write main ideas and reminders for follow-up. But the long version of most meetings should be kept in a separate notebook. Your Planner Pad organizer serves as a single, uncluttered tool to stay organized and focused.
