Can I use multiple coupons in my order?

They only accept one coupon code per order. Please see the disclaimer for a specific promotion for a full list of exclusions and terms for that offer; however, offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

What is their return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Plow & Hearth purchase, you can return it for a refund within 90 days of purchase. If your item is defective, you can return it within one year from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, you will need to provide your order number and billing zip code. You can also use your email address to initiate returns. After entering a few questions about your return, you'll be able to print a shipping label and drop off your return to any UPS location.

Is there a charge for returns?

Shipping labels cost $6.95, which will be deducted from the cost of the original item when you issue a refund. You will not be charged return shipping if the return is for damaged or defective items, or problems caused by their error. If you return the item due to damage, defects or their error, you will not be charged return shipping. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Please note that food, live plants, custom or personalised items cannot be returned.

What is their shipping policy?

They ship most items in stock within 1-2 business days of receiving your order! Their standard shipping and handling cover most items. Certain heavier or oversized items may require additional shipping. Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of the item shipped to each shipping address within the 48 consecutive states. Standard ground service takes 5-7 business days. If your shipping address is an international address outside of Canada, please order by phone so they can provide you with all available shipping options. Just add $14.95 per shipping address to upgrade to their Plough & Hearth Express on orders up to $250.
