Plum Deluxe Tea Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pick the teas for my upcoming shipments?

The tea of the month club features a surprise tea that they choose for members – so you don't have to worry about picking anything. That said, you do get free shipping, so feel free to add onto your next shipment. Just visit the Tea Club tab under My Account for more instructions.


I referred a friend who joined the tea club and made an online purchase. Do I get credit for both?

You would only receive the first credit as once they joined the tea club, they are not a new customer–plus, tea club members already receive extra discounts.


I haven't received my package. What do I do?

  • If it's been a couple of weeks since you received a shipping confirmation from them and you haven't gotten your tea, check to see what your shipping confirmation tracking link says. If you still need assistance, drop them a note below (including your order number for reference) and they’ll check on it for you.

  • Due to the current extreme USPS delays, they are asking customers to wait 7 business days for shipments that are stuck "Arrived at USPS Facility" or "In Transit" before declaring the package lost, and to wait 2 business days for shipments that are marked Delivered but not arrived yet before declaring the package lost. They are happy to re-ship items that are truly lost, and appreciate your patience while USPS works through their current backlog of shipments. 


I'm worried about shipping times. Can I expedite my order?

  • Yes, in the cart page before checkout, you can pay an order expedite fee of $24.99. This will put your order into a faster shipping lane – UPS Express. This generally arrives in 2 days after shipping, in addition to expedited processing. However, it is important to note that shipping carriers are not offering delivery guarantees at this time, so they cannot guarantee a delivery date for your order.

  • If you have a P.O. box: Please note that UPS cannot expedite to a P.O. box. If you select expedited shipping, be sure to use a street address.


I purchased a gift, is there something I will be able to give the giftee before the subscription starts?

Yes. After checkout, you will have the option of printing a card that you can sign and give to your giftee. It is also an option to have the first month of the subscription sent to an alternative address.


Is it possible to pay for a gift subscription month-by-month?

No, gift subscriptions require payment up front for the duration of the gift. You may choose to purchase a 3 month gift and then just renew your gift every 3 months; you can opt-in for a notification when purchasing the gift to be notified when it is up for renewal.
