How do returns and refunds work?
Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means they won't rest until you're satisfied - whether it's a reprint of your order or a refund. Because the company's personalised items have no intrinsic value on the open market, the company cannot accept returns unless the item is at fault. For personalised items that are faulty or different from the item ordered, the customer must contact online customer support and provide proof of the fault. The customer may return the product if requested. In accordance with their terms and conditions, Printerpix is not responsible for any misprints of photos that may have quality errors or products delivered in a different size than you are entitled to. When returning an item, they recommend that you obtain a delivery receipt from the post office as proof of postage, as they cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to return it? How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
Customers should return the product to PrinterPix in its original packaging, in the most appropriate original bag or box, and include a letter explaining the problem, including the purchase date and invoice number. Also please include your first and last name and your phone number. Please allow a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days for your return to reach their returns department and up to 8-10 business days after your return arrives at their returns department to process your return and schedule a reprint.
