How long will my Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System last? What if I run out before my next delivery?
You only need to apply the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System just once daily. The products are designed to spread easily over large surface areas - a little generally goes a long way. The products are supplied in 2 oz. bottles and a 2 oz. tube. For most people, this will be a one-month supply. You can choose a 4 oz. bottle and 4 oz tubes. With membership you can increase or decrease your frequency of shipment to meet your own specific needs.
Can I use the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System if I am currently using prescriptions treatments?
Prosoria™ can be used alone or with prescription treatments. However, you may want to consult your physician before modifying your prescription drug treatment.
How do I return my product and refunds?
For product returns, first contact them at [email protected] or call them at 1-833-776-7483. Once they've been notified, then place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and return it to them. A copy of the original receipt must be included with your returned product in order to receive reimbursement. Product returned without a receipt will not be accepted for refund. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Full refunds are offered during the first 30 days after your initial order.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your product for your account to be credited. And as a result, they cannot offer any refunds as they cannot identify customers who return their product to Amazon.
Order Cancellations :If you are cancelling an order you must contact them within the first 12 hours after receiving the order notification to ensure the order is cancelled before the product is shipped to receive a refund. If the product has already shipped, returns will be accepted if the box has not been opened. Under these conditions, they will refund the credit card charge minus a $5.00 handling fee. Return shipping cost to Prosoria are not included.
How do I change my shipping address?
Log into your Prosoria™ Account and select "Update shipping address" to change shipping information. All future shipments will be delivered to the updated shipping address.
How do I cancel, pause or adjust my subscription?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System, you can email them at [email protected] or call them at 1-833-776-7483 to cancel your subscription at any time. By cancelling your subscription, you will no longer receive additional shipments and you will no longer be charged for additional shipments on your credit card. However you will be responsible for any final payments due on the shipments you received before cancelling your subscription.
