How do I make a return?

• They have a 30 day policy. Once 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, they can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange. 

• If you choose to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. 

• You must also send them your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. They will handle that.
