What if I need to change my order after I click "Submit"?

They work hard to pick, pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible because they know you can't wait to receive it! Therefore, they will start processing the moment you click "Place Order". With this in mind, once you place your order, they will not be able to cancel or change your order. Don't worry, they can process your order as a return after it has been delivered. If I return an item, how long will it take for me to receive a refund?

They will process the return 14 - 21 days after the warehouse receives your returned merchandise. Once a refund is approved, the returned item will be refunded in the form of a store credit redeemable on radioshack.com. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

When will I receive my order?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. If there is a problem with your order, RadioShack may need to contact you, so please keep your account information up to date! All order correspondence is done via email, so please make sure your email address is accurate and up-to-date.

What is their shipping cost?

They offer free shipping on orders over $49.00. For orders up to $48.99, the flat rate is $4.99.

My coupon code has not been applied. Can I add it after I've already placed my order?
