Should I pay the restocking fee when I make a return at Refill Bay?

Most problems with CISS products are related to installation. If these products are installed correctly, you should not have any problems with these products. You can contact them for technical assistance at any time, and they can solve the problems you may encounter. All returns of CISS products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Can I make a return at Refill Bay?

• You must apply for a refund within 30 days after the delivery date (45 days for international customers). There is no refund after 30 days for American customers (45 days for international customers).

• Each return must have an RMA number, that is, the "return authorization" number. Please contact them to get the RMA number and make sure to indicate the reason for your return.

• Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box you want to return. An RMA number can only be issued for one order. If you have different products from different orders, you need to apply for a different RMA number for each return. When returning products, they strongly recommend using a carrier that can track the packaging. 

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Refill Bay?

• Physical damage to the returned product will invalidate the product warranty and return policy. Please note that all refund items must be returned "brand new" in the original packaging, including all accessories, blank warranty card, UPC code (attached) and user manual. 

• Freight is not refundable. When returning goods, the buyer is always responsible for paying the freight and insurance. The replenishment room will not reimburse the freight of any products returned by customers. 

• Please allow 4-10 working days to process your tax return. They do not accept refunds for certain items, including any items returned within the 30 day grace period (45 days for international customers), or any items that are not in their original state, physically damaged or missing parts, and any printed or used photo paper. The return authorization (RMA) number expires 10 days after the release of the RMA number.

How long can I get my orders at Refill Bay?

• For online orders, they ship through USPS or UPS. You can choose the most meaningful delivery method and time when you check out. They offer a 2-day or 3-day delivery option. For California residents, shipping is almost always a working day.

• They even ship goods to the P.O. Box and APO/FPO address through USPS. USPS provides free delivery on Saturday.

• Orders from Canada and Mexico are sent by regular airmail, which usually takes 1-2 weeks. Other international destinations usually require 1-3 weeks of U.S. Postal Service or less than 1 week of ups.

Can I change or cancel my orders?

If you need to cancel the order, please contact them before 10 a.m. pacific standard time. If you contact them after the deadline, they will try to stop your order, but they can't guarantee it. Most time packs are transferred to the carrier shortly after the deadline.
