How should I get a refund?

You may return your Relay Device to the Authorized Retailer from which you purchased your Relay Device in accordance with any applicable return policy established by the Authorized Retailer from time to time. If you return the Relay device to the applicable authorized retailer, you must also cancel the Relay service using the electronic tool provided to you by Relay. If you cancel within fourteen days of the activation date, Relay will immediately refund to you the monthly rate specified in your service plan if you have previously paid Relay, whether you have the right to transfer the Return the Relay device to Relay for a refund.

How to cancel service?

You can cancel the relay service within 30 days of the delivery date. To cancel during the cancellation period, you must conditionally return any applicable relay equipment, and any applicable relay equipment must be in working order.
