Can I make a return at Ribbon Bazaar?

• RibbonBazaar.com is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the order is returned poorly packaged and/or the product is returned in poor condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on the original, undiscounted order subtotal. 

• A minimum restocking fee of 8% will also be charged on returns for orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Merchandise that has been used, cut, altered, specialized, or otherwise is not in an "as-new" resalable condition cannot be returned for a refund. This includes all merchandise purchased by the yard. They recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning merchandise to them.

• Please note that while they recommend requesting samples if you are unsure if a color will match, they do not make any guarantees that a sample's color will exactly match the ribbons ordered from them due to slight color variations resulting from different dye lots.

What should I be aware of when I make a return at Ribbon Bazaar?

• Decorative Handmade Bows can be returned for a refund within 30 days if unused, but will incur a 50% restocking fee.

• If they receive a return package with no visible RMA number on the outside of the box (hence no prior authorization), the package will be refused.

• There is no industry standard for producing continuous, unspliced spools. Since suppliers in general cannot guarantee that retailers selling ribbon receive continuous, unspliced spools, they unfortunately cannot pass on such a guarantee to their customers.

• Spools of a specific yardage are not guaranteed, so for example if you order three 10 yard spools, you may receive one 30 yard spool for the same price.

Can I cancel the orders at Ribbon Bazaar?

• If you need to cancel an order you just placed, please email them by 1:00pm Eastern time and mention your order number.

• They cannot guarantee that cancellation attempts made after 1:00pm Eastern time will be accepted. Once the order has shipped, it no longer qualifies for cancellation.

How long can I receive my orders at Ribbon Bazaar?

• They here at RibbonBazaar.com put forth their best effort to ship out your order the same business day as it was ordered, provided the order is placed before 12pm Eastern Time. Orders being shipped to the contiguous United States that are above $75 are eligible for free shipping using UPS Ground.

• Decorative handmade bows are ready made to use right out of the box and so have a minimum shipping charge due to their large size. Because of this there will be a shipping charge even if an order qualifies for free shipping.

• In spite of their best effort, RibbonBazaar.com cannot guarantee same-day shipment and reserves the right to delay shipment of your order until all outstanding issues such as back-order situations and billing/shipping issues are dealt with. This can take 1-2 business days or sometimes up to a week. They can ship the order sooner provided they are able to get in touch with you regarding appropriate adjustments to your order.
