Am I charged tax?
They have offices in Florida thus requiring us to charge a sales tax of 7% to Florida residents.
Can I wash my ribbon or can the ribbon come into contact with moisture?
Their multi color printed ribbon can come into contact with moisture without damage occurring but all of their other single color products would damage if contact is made with moisture.
Can they print in more than one color?
Yes, they do offer products that allow for multi color printing.
What is the return policy?
Ribbon Warehouse wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will honor returns only if the personalized item was imprinted incorrectly. You will receive the refund as a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product you return. All non personalized items have a 15% restocking fee, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and they do not give credit for the initial shipping charges. All returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of the item or it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
What are my shipping options?
Click for shipping cost chart. They ship Monday - Friday only. If standard shipping is selected your order will be received within 8 - 10 business days of order placement. If expedited shipping is selected your order will be received within 2 - 3 business days of order placement. For all customers outside the continental United States orders can be delivered within 14 days with standard international shipping or within 8 days with express international shipping.
