How does Truebill work?

Truebill is an automated financial assistant that can help you manage your subscriptions, lower your bills, save you money, and keep you on top of your financial life.

How can I tracking the Spending?

Head over to the Spending tab to see monthly reports of your money, where it's going, and how your spending changes over time.  You can also view a full list of transactions and even search through your transactions across all your accounts from here.

How do I delete my Truebill account?

• You can delete your account by tapping the Settings icon in the upper left corner of your dashboard. Then select Profile from the side menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and tap Delete my account. Deleting your account will remove all of your data from Truebill.

• If you have an open Smart Savings account or an active Premium subscription, you will need to close those before deleting your Truebill account. You can contact the support team in the app or at [email protected] you need any assistance getting those closed. 

• In addition, if you have Premium disabled but leave TrueProtect enabled, the expert team of negotiators will still negotiate your bill and redeem a saving for you. You can turn this feature off in the app at any time. 

• Note: Simply removing the app from your phone does not deactivate your Truebill account. You must delete your Truebill account following the instructions above. 

Can I share my account?

• With Account Sharing, you'll be able to manage your budgets together, see all of your bank accounts in one place, review all of your subscriptions, and more! Each person will have their own login credentials.

• Only one Premium membership is required, there are no additional costs to share an account.

• Note: Note: Account Sharing is still in beta. There are a few limitations still, for example, the person that you're sharing your account with will not be able to view their credit score in the app.

How much does Truebill cost?

• Truebill is a free to use app, but they offer several optional services that do cost money. 

• Premium: they allow Truebill users to choose your own price for Premium. You can choose on a sliding scale between $3-$12/month. The $3 and $4 options are billed annually.

• Premium features include: Syncing your balance, Premium Chat, Cancellations Concierge, Custom Categories, Unlimited Budgets, Smart Savings, and More. Premium subscriptions automatically renew and can be cancelled at any time.
