What is their shipping policy?

• For orders over $45, they provide free ground parcel transportation through USPS, and for orders over $89, they provide free FedEx 2-day transportation. All orders are shipped within one working day, but most orders placed before 12:00 pm PST are shipped on the same working day.

• Transportation time depends on your location and mode of transportation. Most orders delivered through USPS arrive within 1-4 days, and orders delivered through FedEx are guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days. 

• Free delivery on Saturday is part of FedEx's 2-day service, so orders before noon on Thursday are usually delivered on Saturday. Saturday delivery is an exception, so if you live in a large rural area with Limited freight service, FedEx will wait until Monday for delivery.

What is their return policy?

• The company will accept the return within 60 calendar days after the delivery of the products, and only accept the return of the original final purchaser.
