How long can I get my orders?

• US P.O. Box Shipping: PO boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only Standard shipping method. UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time. Their carriers are unable to deliver directly to P.O. Box addresses. Entering a P.O. Box may require the carrier to contact you at the telephone number provided to arrange pickup of your package from one of their local facilities. If you wish to guarantee a direct delivery of your package, please enter a non-P.O. Box shipping address.

• StandardOrder Processing: Allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before order ships from their warehouse.

• Next Day Order Processing: Second/Next Day Order Processing: Allow 24 hours for processing before orders ships from their warehouse. (Excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays).

What payment methods does Roxy accept?

• They accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also use some prepaid gift cards as long as you have pre-registered them with your current address.

• You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped. Items purchased on debit card may be billed immediately upon order confirmation. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed with a standard shipping method will take 2-3 business day to process.

If you selected an expedited shipping method, the processing time is 1-2 business days.

When will I be charged for my order?

Online purchases are not billed until they are confirmed as shipped. A temporary authorization hold is placed on the card at the time of check out then charged once your order has shipped.

How do I return an item?

• For all ROXY Girl Club members, return shipping labels are FREE.
• For all other guests, return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund. You are welcome to sign up to become a ROXY Girl Club Member here.
• Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS.
• Remember to keep your tracking number. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to their facility. Once your return has been received by their warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

What's the warranty limitations?

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.

• All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.

• Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
