What is their return policy?
Before any product can be returned for any reason, an RGA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained, please call customer service to obtain the number. Please check your order as soon as possible, all shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You have 14 days to return the item. All returned items must be in the original box and in unused, resaleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the product is defective or their fault, the customer shall pay all shipping charges for the return. If one item is damaged or defective, they will ship the other item at their own expense upon return. Refunds will only be credited to the original purchase credit card account upon receipt of the returned item. No return or credit is provided for any remaining hardware due to over-ordering or any other reason for the quoted item.
What is their shipping policy?
Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday will generally ship the same day. If a backorder is required, they will notify you. They work hard to keep backorders to a minimum. But they will ship your backorder items as soon as possible, no shipping charges for backorders. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are subject to their schedules. They require street addresses for all shipments; UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. However, USPS can ship to PO Boxes, please call for details. Delivery times vary depending on your location. California residents will be charged a 9.75% sales tax unless proof of tax exemption is provided. Shipping is quoted per order; your actual shipping will be included on your checkout page.

Hardware sold by the company under the "RPM Hardware" trademark or trade name is free from defects in workmanship and materials for two years under normal use, regular service and maintenance. Tools, machines, lathes and accessories sold by the Company under the "Bolton Tools" trademark or trade name are free from any defects in workmanship and materials under normal use, regular service and maintenance for a period of one year.
