Why do I need to re-enter my credit card details when requesting delivery to a new address?

For your security, whenever you request a delivery to a new address, they will ask for your new credit or debit card details (even if you have previously stored them with them). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they won't be able to do so. They want you to know that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery from their warehouse to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered to the designated delivery address and signed for, they will no longer be covered by insurance. If your box arrives damaged, they recommend that you refuse delivery or indicate your acceptance of the damaged box when signing for it.

How do I pay duties and taxes?

To ensure that the most accurate pricing and shipping rates are displayed when browsing their website, they recommend that you select your country/region from the list of shipping destinations. Local VAT will apply to all EU destinations and the UK. Most countries ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
