How to make an order cancellation?

• In order to better serve you and ensure prompt delivery of your items, they utilize automated order processing and warehouse systems. 

• All orders (including orders for backordered items) cannot be cancelled or modified and will be processed as submitted. Please note that ribbons and elastics are not complimentary for pointe shoe purchases. Ribbons/elastics, or any other accessory items must be included as a part of the order prior to final submission.

• After finalizing your order, please monitor your account and reach out to their customer service team with any questions. Please note that refund requests will only be accepted within 10 days of order submission. 

• If you have been waiting in excess of 13 weeks for delivery of a backordered item that is not classified as a special order, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

• Customer service representatives are available 9:00am to 5:00pm CST Monday through Friday for assistance.

Does Rpcollection offer international shipping?

• Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 

• The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. 

• Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; RP has no control over these charges, nor can RP predict what they may be.

What is the shipping policy?

• Please provide a street address for shipment as they cannot deliver packages to P.O. boxes.

• All orders submitted will ship via FedEx. Shipment processing does not occur on either Saturday or Sunday, nor during major U.S. holidays.

• If your purchase total is $95.00 or more (excluding virtual gift cards, shipping and tax), you qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

• All packages should arrive by the end of the business day they are scheduled to be delivered. Weekend delivery via FedEx is not available.

• RP cannot be responsible for customer errors in the shipping portion of the checkout and will not be responsible for missing packages that are confirmed delivered, or delays in shipping by the shipping company. 

When will I receive the expedited orders?

• Expedited orders will be processed for same day shipment only if the order is placed prior to 12:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. 

• If an expedited order is received after 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday, it will be processed for delivery and shipped the business day following order submission. 

• Please allow up to a 48-hour period for ground orders to be processed from their warehouse. 

• Once shipped, for U.S. domestic orders shipping via standard ground, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
