Will I get an itemized invoice when I purchase my glasses from Safety Gear Pro?
Yes, an itemized invoice/receipt will emailed to you at the time of purchase. You can also request an official copy by emailing their customer service team at [email protected].
Do my FSA or HSA dollars expire?
Yes, they do. You must use your Flex spending FSA dollars during the same “coverage period” (i.e. calendar year) that the money was put aside. That “coverage period” is defined as one calendar year (ending on Dec. 31st). (There are some plans that offer a grace period that will allow you to use your remaining Flex Spending FSA dollars until March 15 of the following year.) Once your coverage period expires, however, all unused FSA funds will be lost.
Where is my order receipt?
Once an order is submitted you will get an automated email receipt of your order at the email address used to place your order. However, if you did not receive this email or you need another copy, simply log in to your account and click on order history.

How long is my prescription valid?
Most prescriptions are valid for 2 years. In some cases doctor may specify that your prescription is only valid for a year. If there is no expiration date listed on your RX, then your prescription is valid for 2 years from the date of the exam.
How long does it take to process my order?
Your order takes 14-16 Business Days to process after your order has been submitted. This include the lab processing time and shipment is additional 5 business days. In most cases orders may get delivered within 12 business days.
