What is their shipping policy?

What is their return policy?
If you receive their order but you are not satisfied, they will be happy to return the goods within 10 days after delivery. All freight and 20% restocking fee for returns will apply. Customized order products are not returnable. They ask you to measure the products you receive before installation to ensure that the dimensions ordered are correct.
