How do Shaker & Spoon gifts work?

• A Shaker & Spoon subscription is one of the best (and easiest!) gifts you can give someone who enjoys cocktails—literally all you need to know about your giftee is their name and email address! 

• You can purchase 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month subscriptions for anyone who can receive packages via the US Postal Service, which they can redeem whenever it's convenient for them. 

How much does shipping cost?

• They charge a flat rate of just $8 per subscription box for USPS Priority shipping, no matter where your box is heading. Shipping is calculated separately for each order from the Make More Store.

• Please note that they can only ship their products wherever there’s a US Post Office: all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, and US Minor Outlying Islands. They also have the ability to ship to overseas military bases, so if you have an APO/DPO/FPO address, they can mix with you, too! 

When will my box ship?

• As the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to develop, please refer to the information on their homepage, store listings, and in their emailed monthly box announcements for the most accurate updates on their subscription boxes and Make More Store orders.

• They begin to assemble and ship their monthly subscription boxes on the first Monday of the month, and shipping continues throughout that week.

• They ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days), so your box should reach you by the end of that shipping week. 

What if my box is missing ingredients, or something is damaged? 

• They do their best to make sure that all boxes are packed with everything they need and arrive safely, but once in a while, things may go wrong. Email them at [email protected] and they'll send replacements ASAP. 

• Please note that the boxes usually contain some very small and light little items, so please check the packaging carefully in case they're hiding!

Can I order previous boxes?

• All of their boxes are limited edition—so once they sell out, they're really gone! But they always keep a few alternative box options available in their vault if you’re looking to get mixing with something different, and you can see all of those through your account! 

• You can also substitute your upcoming monthly box with an available box from their vault if you wish by clicking “Switch this Box.” If you'd like a box right away or you don't see the box you're hoping to receive as an option, you can also write to them at [email protected]. They'll be glad to check in the back for you!
