Do they support free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $50 applies to standard shipping fees. It is not valid for previous purchases and can be terminated at any time. The $50 threshold is valid until all applicable discounts and coupon codes are added to the order, and before any applicable taxes or additional shipping are applied.
When will my order be shipped?
If you ordered before 11:00am, your order should be shipped the same day. If you order after 11:00 AM, your order will be shipped by the next business day. ShoeMall Express orders do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. Works with AK, HI and all US Terr. and APO/FPO addresses, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery using any shipping option. In-stock items usually leave their warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders can only be shipped to one address.
What is their return policy?

Any products returned to them must be in the condition you received them (unworn) and in the original box and/or packaging.
How do I return my order?
The customer is responsible for the return postage. They do offer a "return label" as a return option. Return labels can simplify the return process and save you time traveling to the post office. The return label will deduct $8.95 from your refund amount to cover return shipping and handling (sales tax will apply to residents of certain states). The Return Label service is not available for shipments from APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
