What's the refund policy?

Monster Flashlight provides full refund for the items that are unused, in perfect condition and must include all accessories and packaging materials within 7 days of delivery. If any of these conditions are not met, they reserve the right, in their discretion, to reject a return or deduct from a refund the cost of any missing, worn or damaged items and a 15% restocking fee.  All refunds will be less the value of any promotional code used for purchase, including any free shipping offer.

What's Monster Flashlight gift cards?

You can purchase an electronic MF Tactical Gift Card in any dollar amount that you choose.  Simply enter your desired amount in the box above and you can choose to have the Gift Card sent by email either to yourself or directly to your gift recipient. Gift Cards will be sent instantly by email along with an optional personalized message that you create. Gift Cards can be used for any purchase on their web site. MF Tactical Gift Cards are fully transferable and will be valid for two years from date of purchase.

Can the promo be used twice?

What's the Monster Flashlight warranty information?

• If a flashlight that fails to operate due to a manufacturing defect is returned by the customer during the warranty period, and so long as the flashlight not been misused or subjected to abuse, the light will be repaired at their cost or, if the flashlight cannot be repaired, replaced at no cost with a comparable flashlight.

• Batteries are considered consumable items which are subject to varying usable life depending upon usage and storage conditions. With average use and normal storage conditions, their batteries will normally last at least 5 years. In the unlikely event that a battery which has not been misused or subjected to abuse does not perform for the duration of warranty period, the customer will be offered a pro-rata credit towards the purchase of a new battery.

For what product they guraantee?

• While their flashlights are made to be as rugged and durable as possible, they are not “indestructible.”  As a result, if a flashlight is dropped on a hard surface, it may suffer damage to its reinforced glass lens and internal electronic components. The customer is responsible for all damage caused by dropping or subjecting a flashlight to abuse or extreme conditions. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair your flashlight, as repairs should only be made by a trained technician, and any damage caused by improper disassembly and reassembly of a flashlight is not covered by warranty.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a return for warranty service. MonsterFlashlight.com will pay to reship a flashlight to their customer following warranty service; provided that if there is no defect or problem found, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
