Bala Bangles Frequently Asked Questions
What is Bala Bangles Return Policy?
Bala Bangles can only handle product return/exchanges that were directly ordered from thier website, shopbala.com. If your Bala products were purchased through another retailer, you will need to go directly through them to process your return/exchange.
Bala customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending returns back to Bala Bangles on all merchandise, unless otherwise noted as Final Sale, within 30 days of the shipment date.
Currently Bala Bangles cannot accept international returns or exchanges.
Bala reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet thier return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with thier return policy, is worn or washed, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if they identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account. Bala Bangles will not accept the return back if there is damage to or omission of the carrying cases, or packaging. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items marked FINAL SALE.
What is Bala Bangles Shipping Policy?
Free Fedex ground shipping will be provided on all domestic orders in the contiguous U.S.
Please note that they do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska or to PO Boxes.
Bala Bangles' shipping team is typically able to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. They do not currently offer expedited shipping, guaranteed shipping timelines, or alternate shipping options. Orders will arrive typically within 2-7 business days, however, all mail carriers have been experiencing longer than usual delays so please allow for extra time to receive your order.
Due to the nature of thier product and packaging, your order may be sent in separate shipments. If you have a question regarding this or other inquiries, please feel free to reach out to [email protected].
Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, please email Bala Bangles at a [email protected] with "URGENT: Cancel/Adjust Order" and the order number.
Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout after you enter a valid international address for. Currency is collected in USD and an exchange rate will apply. Please note orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
