What does ShopBAZAAR refer to?

ShopBAZAAR is an e-commerce site brought to you by the editors of Harper’s BAZAAR. They source their merchandise through the best stores and brands in the business: The Webster, Kirna Zabête, Hampden Clothing, Marissa Collections, Cos Bar, Shop McMullen, and over 500 designers.

When will the pre-ordered item be shipped?

• For a pre-ordered item, refer to the pre-order date in red on the product page, in the bag and on your order confirmation for an approximate shipping date.

• The pre-order date is approximate and is not guaranteed. If the style you ordered is delayed in production, they will notify you as soon as possible.

What is their return policy?

• Each return policy is noted on the product page, in your Bag and in Checkout. Final Sale purchases are not eligible for return.

• Item must be returned new, unworn, with tags and in original condition. Their partners reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

• Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the confirmed UPS delivery date. Purchases made through their vendor partners, McMullen and Showroom, have a 10 day return policy. 

• They track the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at their discretion.

Do they offer insurance service for packages?

• All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from ShopBAZAAR to the shipping address. 

• Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

• If your box is damaged upon arrival, they recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
