Can I cancel my flight if there is a schedule change?

Sky-tours Standard Cancellation Protection, a service of Travelwaiver.com. It is valid worldwide. In the event you have to cancel your trip for any of the reasons listed above, after proper documentation and sending the cancellation request minimum 24 hours before departure of the first flight.
In cases of sickness, hospital's certificate must be presented with the stamp and signature of the doctor.
What are the eligible reasons for cancellation?
An emergency sickness, injury or death of yourself, and/or a member of your immediate family, traveling companion, business partner or their immediate family, or the host at the trip destination;
A disaster which renders your principal residences uninhabitable;
Terrorism or civil disorder at the final ticketed destination for which the US/Canadian or U. K. government has issued an advisory against traveling after your Cancellation Protection effective date;
Being subpoenaed to appear as a witness or being selected for jury duty;
Job loss: involuntary loss of permanent employment which has been continuous for more than one year.
What is the refund Policy?
All refunds will be handled by their agents. Standard voluntary refunds will be charged at a fee of $76 / 65€ per ticket unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
For involuntary situations, Sky-tours will charge a standard processing fee of $18 /15€ unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
The refund amounts will be calculated over the base ticket amount, original ticketing fees and other services such insurance, will not be refunded.
in some cases, the airline might offer a refund in the form of a travel voucher, in this case, Sky-tours will not be able to provide a cash refund to the customers.
How much does Sky-tour charge for changes?
Airlines generally charge a fee for changes.
In addition to these fees, Sky-tours charges a $76 / 65€ handling fee per person.
However, they would like to remind you that based on the fare, the airline may not allow any changes.
