When will my order be shipped?
Products marked as "Fast Shipping" or "In Stock" will be ready to ship within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. However, please note that all orders with prescription lenses will take an additional 3 to 7 business days to process, depending on prescription type and lens color. For items that are not in stock, lead time is 5 to 11 business days, 11 to 15 business days, or 3 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability and their authorized suppliers.
What is the 100-day return policy?
All of their designer eyeglasses, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses are returnable within 100 days of receipt of your shipment, giving you the option of a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging with all accompanying labels and accessories. An RMA number must be requested before any item is approved for return. Returns of contact lenses are only accepted in sealed boxes. Fees related to outbound and shipping protection are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping will be borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
What is the Best Price Guarantee?
Just email their customer service: [email protected] and give them the website address for the low price items. They will verify it against their guide and if the model and color are exactly the same, they will match the price!
