How to start a return?
If you feel you were incorrectly charged, please contact customer support by submitting a request.
They want to hear why you are not satisfied and will do their best to help, including refunding you for the charge.
To enable them to find your Smilebox account, please provide the following details:
Email Address used to create your Smilebox account.
Full Name on the credit card.
Date and amount of the last charge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. To cancel your paid subscription, log into your Smilebox account, and follow the steps below:
Sign in to your account.
Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the Home page and find the Settings button on the drop-down menu, or click on Settings.
Click on the Cancel Subscription button next to your Plan icon.
Confirm your choice by clicking the buttons “I’ll pass” and “Cancel My Subscription”.
You can check the cancellation when you are redirected to the My Settings page. You will see the expiration date next to the plan you have. You will not be billed again in the future unless you re-subscribe.
You are now unsubscribed. Please pay attention that subscriptions are billed on an auto-renewal basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to Save my Smilebox Creation?
- When you create, you can quickly save changes and create titles.
Click Save next to the top preview and share buttons in the editor. A tick will appear.
You can change the name you created at the top of the editor, and when you do, press Enter and a check will appear.
If you are still doing your creation but need to go back to it, you can click the Smilebox flag to leave the editor. A notification will pop up, click Save and a confirmation notification will appear.
That's it! Your creation is saved! Then you can preview or share. You must click the share button to render your creation. Until then, the changes created will be saved, but if you go to the My Authoring tab on the home page, you will only be able to edit it.
