What's the shipping policy?

Shipping is free for their direct ship weekly meal subscriptions.The delivery fee on your orders will vary depending on your distance from the store and is determined directly by their third-party delivery partner (UBER). For the delivery of the meal, they make every effort to ensure that your food will stay fresh in transit, using insulating liners and frozen gel packs in their boxes, as well as cold chain transportation in some cases, all of which ensures freshness until you are able to unpack and refrigerate your order. Their packaging guarantees your meals will stay fresh in the box for 72 hours in transit. Their meals are fresh, never frozen, don't contain preservatives, so you have a 3-7 day shelf life from the date you receive the meals. 

How do I cancel my order?

• You may cancel your subscription plan through your account on the website or the app. Once a weekly order has been locked, it can not be canceled. Canceling your subscription will cancel all (unlocked) future weeks. 

• On the website (snapkitchen.com), you can find the option to cancel by scrolling down to the bottom of the Subscription page, then click Cancel in the My Subscription section. 

• On the app, you will need to click on Account and click Manage Meal Plan. Scroll to a week that has not been locked by the system and click Manage Plan. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Cancel Plan.

When will I get my food?

• Depending on where you live, your meals may spend between 1-3 days in transit from their kitchen to your doorstep. By using insulating liners and frozen gel packs in their boxes, as well as cold chain transportation in some cases, they ensure your food stays fresh until you are able to unpack and refrigerate your order. 

• Most orders are shipped via shipping partners like FedEx or UPS and spend 1-3 days in transit. If you live in the Western United States, in some cases your order may spend time on a refrigerated truck traveling from their kitchen to a fulfillment center closer to you. 

• Once it arrives at the fulfillment center, it is delivered to you the next day, so it never spends more than 58 hours outside of refrigeration.

• On the day of your shipment, your meals will arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the date of delivery, depending on the shipping partner.
