Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

They do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once they receive your return, they'll issue the refund and send an email confirmation.

My package says delivered by I can't find it. What should I do? 

• First, verify your shipping address. To do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

• If your order was marked as "delivered", wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. 

• Look around the delivery location for your package.

• Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor.

• Look for a notice of attempted delivery or an alert of the package being held at a post office location. This will be listed on the tracking page.

• Reach out to your local Post Office as they often can help troubleshoot or provide information on the specific route. 

• If you still can't locate your package, email them.

My item says pre-order, what does that mean?

If you purchase a product available for pre-order, the item is not yet in stock, but you're guaranteed to receive it as soon as it becomes available to ship.

When will my pre-ordered item ship?

For any product that is pre-order, they provide a shipping estimates on the description page. They'll accurately estimate a shipping date, but these estimates are subject to change. If you have any questions on your pre-ordered item, please reach out to them.
