How to calculate the freight of each order?
If you are going to be ordering more than one style/color/size item, please do it all in one shopping cart, to avoid being charged more than once for shipping.
$20 Shipping via UPS Standard Ground.
$50 Shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air (inc. Hawaii & Alaska UPS Standard).
Why the goods I have received have different color on website?
The colors displayed on the computer / tablet / smartphone screen may be very different, all of which will affect the brightness, saturation and hue. Please keep in mind that the colors displayed on the Internet or printed matter may vary greatly, and may not completely match the colors of physical products. Customer service will be happy to answer any questions before you place an order. Also, check out the team and color chart in the "About Our Products" page, accessible at the bottom of their home page...there you might find just the information you need on the color(s) you are ordering.
Can I return customized products?
To return an order, please call Customer Service first, for Return Authorization information. Custom products (items not labeled as In-Stock) may not be exchanged or returned. They do not process replacements for socks with holes caused by forcefully pulling out the barb.
Customized products, including logo socks and stirrups, are non-returnable.
Is there anything else that needs attention?
Your satisfaction is their goal. Only In-Stock products may be exchanged if the exchange request is made and authorized by customer service within 7 days from receipt of order. Replaceable items must be shipped back to the factory in the original packaging / box, and must not be cleaned, worn, dust, dirt, hair and smell. Sock lock. If the above conditions are not met, com (SR, socks rock, socksrock) reserves the right to refuse the exchange. The customer is responsible for the return freight and 20% restocking fee. Exchange authorizations expire in 30 days from the shipping date of the original order. Custom products (items not labeled as In-Stock) may not be exchanged or returned.
