What is SodaStream Shipping Policy?

• If your order total is above $50 you'll qualify for free shipping (sweet!). If your order is below $50, free shipping isn't available.

• As soon as you place your order, they get right down to bubble business! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and once processed and shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days (your order will arrive between 4-7 business days from the time of placement). SodaStream does not currently offer expedited shipping options.

• During Holiday and Peak shipment times, your order should arrive in 7-10 business days from the time of placement.

• SodaStream does not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

• This site is specific to orders placed in the US, and they do not offer international shipping. Please refer to your country's SodaStream website to purchase locally.

• Signature is not required upon delivery.

• All packages will arrive in a box that is branded SodaStream, and thier product is always shipped with a packing slip, without listing prices.

• SodaStream backs thier bubbles! If thier products do not meet your satisfaction for any reason, they offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of thier products purchased on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. 

• SodaStream processes orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change an existing SodaStream.com order, give thier Customer Service team a call at 1-800-763-2258 (M-F 9 a.m.-5 p.m EST) and we will do thier very best to accommodate before your order ships.  SodaStream can usually accept such requests made within an hour from time of purchase.

• SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted. Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.

Does SodaStream products come with a warranty?

• Sure do! All SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and they determine the product is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge. 

• Additional Information: The exact length of coverage depends on the Sparkling Water Maker that you own. SodaStream offers a 3-year limited warranty for Sparkling Water Maker purchases from sodastream.com. For purchases in retail or from other online vendors, please check your Sparkling Water Maker user manual for more warranty information.

• Warranty Limitations: This warranty is given on the condition that the machine has been correctly used strictly in accordance with SodaStream instructions as detailed in your Sparkling Water Make user manual.
