How is the air being filtered at Spark?
Spark uses MERV 13 pre-filters and HEPA main filters. Its air handling units are "Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems" DOAS. These units take 100% outdoor air, condition it then supply the building. The air is then returned from the conditioned space and exhausted outdoors.
Can I leave and come back in?
Due to Spark's timed ticketing system, visitors will be required to leave immediately after visitation to eliminate congestion on the property or in the parking lot.
Once you exit you cannot re-enter the same day without a new timed ticket.
However, you can re-enter the building to visit the Spark Store or food kiosk if the building capacity has not been reached.
What if I have a complimentary ticket?
Complimentary tickets will still be honoured at this time. To use your complimentary ticket, please call 403.817.6800.
What is refund policy?
Returns or exchanges for products will be accepted within 30 days of the order date at the TELUS Spark store for items that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts & accessories for credit of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.
