What is their 100% satisfaction guarantee?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased through the online grocery ordering service (other than the items noted below), you can return the item for a full refund or credit. Inform the driver after your order is delivered (or inform the store staff after receiving the order), or contact the customer service (877) 505-4040 within seven days after you deliver or pick up the goods between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Pacific time. Please note that certain items, including infant formula, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, cannot be returned or refunded after you accept delivery or pick-up.
For any eligible refund, they will issue a credit card to the payment method used to purchase the item, or, if you choose, you may receive an account credit card that can be used for your next online order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, improper storage, accidents after delivery or pick-up, or any ordinary wear and tear of durable goods. Depending on the manufacturer's warranty, you may have certain rights (if applicable).
