How to enjoy free shipping?
Free value ground shipping is only available for orders over $75 and shipments up to 15 lbs. Orders over 15 lbs will be charged shipping based on the order weight. Only available for orders in the continental United States. Shipping rates vary for addresses outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO and FPO mailboxes). Your order confirmation will show the final shipping fee. Shipping on orders over 70 lbs will be added by their order team at the best price when you place your order in-house.
What is their satisfaction guarantee?
Their 100% guarantee gives you a full refund or store credit when you return it within 30 days. Product must be new, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt. The letter of credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, allow two billing cycles for the credit card to appear on your statement. If the return is due to their error, they can only refund the shipping fee.
How do they deliver?
The time you receive your order depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Express orders must be submitted by 11:00AM MST for same-day processing. Orders placed after 11:00AM MST will be processed the next business day (excluding orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
How do I make a return or exchange?
Defective products returned within 30 days will be replaced free of charge, or customers can choose to receive a full refund. A receipt is required.
