When will my order be shipped?
They offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the US, Canada, UK and Australia. International orders ship via FedEx International Priority. Any import duties, VAT, duties and other charges imposed by the importing country are the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping options may be available depending on your purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Most of their products are made to order, so delivery times will vary depending on the item ordered.
What is their return policy?
At Sun Diamond, they support every diamond, engagement ring and fine jewelry product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it intact within 30 days for a replacement or full refund - no questions asked. They'll make your return process easy with a free FedEx return shipping label. Their free return label insures your items.
What are the return conditions?
Packages without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) will not be accepted for return.
Once an item has been changed from its original design, including any size or engraving (excluding wedding and engagement rings), it is considered a custom order. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, and all sales are final.
Custom eternity rings, or ones that have been modified, cannot be returned.
International returns are not subject to their free returns policy, and special orders are non-refundable. International customers must purchase their own shipping insurance.
Free returns are only available to U.S. customers, with a limit of three items per customer.
Returned items must be in new and unworn condition as originally sent from Sun Diamond. Any returns showing signs of wear, damage or abuse will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be subject to refunds, exchanges or repairs.
