What is the estimated shipping cost outside the US?

They ship orders internationally via DHL at a flat rate of $7.95.

What is their shipping policy?

Orders are usually shipped from their Georgia distribution center via DHL SmartMail Parcel (standard shipping). Larger quantities are shipped using Fedex Ground. By using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, DHL SmartMail Parcel can reach any domestic address, including PO Boxes. Domestic shipping time is usually 5-7 business days. (Please note that domestic shipping may sometimes take longer due to courier and delivery issues beyond their control.) If one or more items in your order are not in stock, your order may not be available until all items are available will ship. Once your entire order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly.

What is their refund policy?

They will accept refunds within thirty days of purchase or within thirty days of delivery, whichever is later. Refunds will be processed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your returned item. Note that they cannot process refunds within 30 days unless the item proves to be defective or the wrong item was shipped. Their warranty program allows for a one-year replacement item (or ninety days for a tempered glass screen protector).

After my order is refunded, how long does it take for my account to process the credit refund?

Points will be issued as a refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal used for the original purchase. They cannot apply for a refund on an expired or damaged credit card. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for processing time. If you do not see your credit refund after 7 full business days, please contact your financial institution.

Do they have warranty exceptions?

Their limited product warranty exceptions are:

• The limited product warranty does not apply to products they purchase through resellers, only from official SUPCASE or i-Blason stores.

• The Limited Product Warranty does not apply to product damage caused by accidental abuse or drop, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or any unintended use.

• The limited product warranty does not apply to theft.The Limited Product Warranty does not cover your device. The limited product warranty covers only the SUPCASE product you purchased.
