What is their return policy?
Surfstitch is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any goods you are not satisfied with for any reason, just return them to them within 30 days *, provided that you receive the goods, they will be happy to exchange the size or refund *. They will also send your size exchange request back to you for free!
Please note that they do not trade, if your request is sold out, you will be returned to the payment method of the original order. Within 30 days * from the date of receipt of the order, the return must be sent within 7 days after the scheduled return.
Your tax return must be sent out within 7 days after booking it, otherwise it will be rejected at your own expense.
