What's your shipping policy?

What's your return policy?

• At SWISCO, they never charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise.

• They offer free returns (minus delivery charge) if a stock item (not including tools or custom orders) is returned within 30 days of delivery.

• You will be responsible for costs to ship returned items.

• You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Please re-pack items carefully to prevent damage to returned merchandise.

• SWISCO will process the refund when they receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

• If the return is a result of a SWISCO error, damage, or defect, the customer will be refunded the delivery charge.

• SWISCO.com cannot make exchanges. They'll be happy to help you place a new order. Please note you will be charged shipping and handling on your new order.
